My Approach
All coaching is grounded in The Slow Power Leadership Framework™.
- Clarity defines your identity, visual DNA, and leadership context before expression.
- Connection translates that identity into line, proportion, color harmony, and structural coherence.
- Conscious Momentum™ builds systems so your wardrobe supports your authority without daily management.
This work is paired with structured design documentation and the Slow Power Leader™ App to track visibility friction and decision fatigue patterns.
Alignment becomes visible. Not improvised.

I’m Ruth Burk, founder of Style Slowly Collective and The Slow Power Leadership Framework™.
Before coaching, I led complex initiatives across law and tech, managed $25M+ portfolios, and built a law practice. I understand what it means to carry vision, people, and consequence at the same time.
I work with women leaders whose decisions affect revenue, reputation, and long-term direction in the AI Age.
This is not motivational coaching.
It is structural presence work.
We design an authentic presence that reinforces how you lead, how your decisions land, and how your authority is perceived.
Legacy is not built on intention alone.
It is built through design, discipline, and discernment.
If you are ready to refine your presence with that level of precision, let’s partner.

Presence and Style Coaching for Women Leaders: FAQs
Answers to the questions women leaders ask before starting Slow Power presence and style coaching with Ruth Burk.
Who is presence and style coaching for women leaders right for?
Slow Power presence and style coaching is for women in visible leadership roles where perception carries consequence. It fits leaders who understand that credibility is shaped before they speak, who feel a disconnect between their authority and their wardrobe, and who want alignment between identity, values, and visual presence. The work assumes you are already operating at a senior level and need a presence that reinforces that.
How is this different from personal styling or shopping services?
This is not styling for fashion trends or one-time shopping help. It is structural presence work that treats your wardrobe as part of your leadership system. Sessions analyze proportion, line, color harmony, and visual coherence in the context of your role and visibility, and translate identity and values into a documented design standard. The output is alignment, not outfits.
What programs are available, and what do they cost?
Four engagement options are offered. The Clarity Style Blueprint is a 6-week 1:1 program at $1,800 USD that builds your style blueprint through analysis of proportion, line, and color. The Clarity Style System is a 10-week 1:1 program at $2,900 USD that turns your wardrobe into a cohesive system. Embodied Leadership is a 12-week 1:1 program at $3,600 USD that integrates EQ and LPI assessments with visual expression. Presence Partnerships are ongoing bi-weekly 1:1 support at $750 USD.
How does the Slow Power Leadership Framework apply to style work?
Three phases organize every engagement. Clarity defines your identity, visual DNA, and leadership context before any expression is built. Connection translates that identity into line, proportion, color harmony, and structural coherence. Conscious Momentum builds systems so your wardrobe supports your authority without daily management. The result is alignment that becomes visible rather than improvised.
What changes in the first 90 days?
Within 90 days, leaders typically experience reduced decision fatigue around what to wear, a defined visual standard that supports authority, and greater consistency across meetings, visibility moments, and daily leadership. Presence feels natural rather than performed, nonverbal authority becomes clearer in rooms that matter, and the wardrobe begins to function as a system with fewer reactive purchases and simplified daily decisions.
Who is the Embodied Leadership program designed for?
Embodied Leadership is built for women whose wardrobe is already coherent but whose presence is still managed in high-stakes moments. The 12-week engagement adds EQ and Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) assessments to the style work and aligns communication and visual expression so presence reads as steady authority rather than effort.
What is a Presence Partnership, and when does it make sense?
Presence Partnerships are an ongoing engagement at $750 USD with bi-weekly 1:1 sessions. They make sense once your style blueprint and wardrobe system are in place and you want to maintain visual alignment as your leadership scope expands. The structure keeps presence consistent through promotions, board work, and high-visibility seasons without rebuilding from scratch.
What credentials does Ruth Burk bring to presence and style coaching?
Ruth has more than 15 years leading complex initiatives across law and tech, including managing $25M+ portfolios and running her own law practice.
